The Detox Foot Bath, A Japanese Legend

The Foot Detox Spa has rapidly become one of the leading alternatives on how people are getting healthier. Foot detoxification goes way back to 1600 years ago in a Japanese legend. A group of people who had a variety of ailments made a pilgrimage into the mountains, according to this legend. As they were searching for a place to relax for the night they came across a hot spring coming out of the rocks of the mountain. They decided to sit beside the spring with their feet down to help with the fatigue they were experiencing. Upon waking up the next morning not only did the fatigue disappear but they felt better than they have in years. Upon completion of the pilgrimage they received shocking news from their physicians. With this also came the realization that if those cells are electrically charges that it stands to reason that those charges can in fact be pushed out of balance. When the cells of the body are not in sync or in balance they are less likely to promote the functions necessary to keep a person healthy. In essence these slight imbalances are the reason a body becomes less able to fend of illnesses. The real frustrating part about this is the fact that there is a built in cycle that gradually gets worse. As more illnesses enter the body they can actually wind up throwing the body further out of balance, thereby allowing an even greater chance of new illnesses being introduced.
