These have been around for a very long time, and have had testimonials and claims that they are the best way to enlarge your penis. They have even appeared in films as a way to increase your penis size. The way it works is to create a vacuum in a cylinder that is placed over your penis. This vacuum traps the blood in the penis, causing it to become erect and expand.
So just how effective are these? Well first of all, its time to dismiss a few myths. First of all, penis pumps were not designed to enlarge your penis. When used, it will enlarge your penis to an extent for maybe a few hours, but the effect will wear off. When used, the pump would suck the air out of the cylinder causing a vacuum to be created. This increases and traps the blood flow into the penis chambers. This method can create an incredibly strong erection, hence why it is recommended by many urologists as a cheap solution to impotence issues, not as a method or penis enlargement. The device only gives you an incredibly hard and strong erection, it doesn't give you any significant, and especially no permanent size gains.
While there is no evidence that it can increase your penis size, there is bad new for anyone who uses it who are seeking to simply enlarge their penis and have no erectile dysfunction. Using it too many times can result in only being able to maintain an erection with use of penis pumps.
